Acceptance of terms
By joining the memomee waitlist or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. When the hosted product becomes available, additional product terms will apply, and you will be asked to accept them before you can use it.
The service
memomee is a memory layer for AI agents. The hosted product is pre-release and offered on an invite-first basis; it is not generally available yet. Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it is not a contract, a purchase, or a promise of access, pricing, or a launch date. The site and the planned service may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn at any time during pre-release, without notice or liability.
Accounts & access
Today the only "account" is your presence on the waitlist. When the product ships, access will require an account and credentials, including API keys. You will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity that occurs under them, and for ensuring anyone you authorise follows these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with or attack the service, to submit another person's personal data without permission, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access. Automated abuse of the waitlist form is prohibited. When the product is available, additional acceptable-use rules will govern the content you send to the service.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the data you submit — your waitlist email today, and the memory content you send to the hosted product later. Synapti AS owns the memomee software, service, brand, and site content. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you, or yours to us beyond the limited permission we need to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers
The site and any pre-release access are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Because the product is pre-release, we make no guarantee about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any feature described will ship as shown.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Norway, Synapti AS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of this site or any pre-release access. Definitive liability terms will be set out in the product agreement at general availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date, and binding terms will be published before the hosted product becomes generally available. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
