memomee

Privacy Policy

Pre-general-availability draft. This policy is real and in effect for the waitlist today. Product-level sections (marked below) take effect once the hosted service is generally available, when a fuller policy will accompany it.

Right now, memomee is a pre-launch site with one form: the waitlist. So this policy is short and concrete. The only thing we collect today is the email you submit — no cookies, no analytics, no trackers.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, the only information we collect is the email address you enter and the timestamp of your submission. Your email is lowercased, validated, and stored once — duplicate submissions do not create new records. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads no third-party trackers or scripts; fonts are served from our own servers. The one thing kept in your browser is a functional theme preference (light or dark) in local storage — it is not a cookie and is not used to track you. We therefore do not collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or advertising identifiers, and the waitlist form uses no third-party processor (a hidden anti-spam field is the only automated anti-spam check). Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may record standard edge and server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site; that logging happens at the network layer, not in our application. When the hosted memomee product becomes generally available, using it will additionally involve an account, API keys, and the memory content you choose to send to the service — those product features are not available yet, and today only the waitlist applies.

How we use information

Today we use your waitlist email only to contact you about early access to memomee and related launch updates. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile. When the hosted product ships, memory content you send will be used to operate the service for you — storing, retrieving, and governing your data and returning it to your agents — along with account support and keeping the service secure. Any use beyond operating the service for you will be described in the product privacy terms in force at general availability.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for launch communications. To have it deleted, email hello@memomee.ai and we will remove your record from the waitlist store. The hosted product is being built around governed forgetting — deletion, archival, suppression, and redaction controls that take effect when data is read — together with data export and portability. Specific retention windows and export mechanisms will be documented before general availability. Because the product is pre-release, we are not committing here to exact retention periods.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or trade your information. Today the only third party involved in the waitlist is Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the waitlist record as our infrastructure sub-processor. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service. A current list of sub-processors and the applicable data-processing terms for the hosted product will be published before general availability.

Security

The site is a static build served over HTTPS, and the waitlist store holds only email addresses and timestamps — we collect no passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data through it, so the attack surface is deliberately small. The hosted product is designed with per-tenant isolation, so one customer's memory content is not accessible to another; the full security model, including encryption in transit, will be described at general availability. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Today the practical scope of these rights is your waitlist email: you can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@memomee.ai, and we will respond. Where the laws of Norway grant additional rights, Synapti AS will honour them as required.

Contact

memomee is operated by Synapti AS. For any privacy question or request — including deletion of your waitlist email — contact hello@memomee.ai. This policy will be finalised, with governing details completed, before the hosted product becomes generally available.
